Love the new smoking across the world series. As per usual Steve and crew get the best out of the models. The stares into the cameras and the little touches that make a good production great! Who is that at 2.29 on the around the world clip? Absolutely stunning!
I've had a word with Steve and revealing the name wouldnt help much, as the model may have given a 'stage name' or the name may have been changed to respect her identity/privacy. The clips you saw in the Around the World montage were a new kind of show format; where clips far too small for a full video, are compiled with some retro clips which would be far too small to actually 'bring back', and so what you see released here is all that remains in the archives. This made the show unique and something for everyone, and I realise its a bit of a tease for long time fans, but I feel its better use the long lost archive clips for something, rather than keep those in the vaults. Thanks for the feedback.
Hello everyone, I seem to be the first women to post here. I grew up in the 70s and 80s and was drawn to smoking by all the adds and the movies. I enjoy smoking and love to use my cigarettes as a prop or a fashion statement as well as for the pleasure. So when my husband showed me this sight I found it very taste full and the many pics brings back so many fond memories.
You are very welcome deanab. The 70's and 80's sections are popular, so maybe I can add to those images some more this year. Smoking is so wonderful isnt it? I feel sorry for those who refuse to even try it, as they are missing out on so much! I think smoking as a fashion prop enhances a woman in ways beyond description, both elegant and stylish, so do enjoy our forum and do enjoy your ciggies.
Hi from San Diego, California. Thank you for your terrific board with all of your fantastic recommendations. I decided to register because a Calfiornia proposition passed and just took effect 4/1/17 that doubled the price of smokes here. Crazy!!! I don't wan to pay 70.00 a carton and not planning on quitting!! I wanted to insert a cute smiley but safari for macbook wont' show me any when I click on select smiley or view all smileys. But thank you so much for your recommendations. smiley smiley smiley
Interesting, and also sorry to hear about your situation. In 2014 there was a movement to stop ciggies from being sold in [US and California] Pharmacies. Selling cigs in Pharmacies proves that tobacco is a natural product which is administered to relieve suffering - like any other medical supplement. Since that happened, and in just 3 years, the professional liers have convinced The Sunshine State to lead an example to the whole of America, that smoking is not healthy after all, and this means the introduction of human-rights packaging and a huge hike in tax.
It only costs one dollar to produce a pack of Newports or Marlboros, so the money goes to your local government authority as a tax on the people. It has nothing to do with the healthy, refreshing and tasty smokes that we all know and love, and there is no evidence for the claims except for the word of a few studies set out to prove smoking 80 or 100 ciggies a day is in fact bad for you. They use these claims to brainwash the public, and we lose a perfectly good product. Bob Hope smoked, and lived through 5 wars, and made it to 100 years old, and also with his wife - who made it to 102.
All I can suggest is:
1. Get a case or a holder for your packs so that you dont have to see the lies and terrorism. 2. Investigate buying online, as some dealers only ship within the U.S., and offer discounts for several cartons. 3. Start a home-group and collect the money to order in bulk, maybe setting yourself up as a store so you can go to the wholesalers directly. 4. Try different brands from all over the world, in all the different flavours, colours, and tastes, and enjoy and appreciate your ciggies more than ever before. 5. Never give up fighting all those people trying to force you to give up smoking, you can never win, but you can keep smoking. 6. Perhaps use the photo smoking section to experiment with the perfect draws, drifts, lightups, and generally enjoy yourself and have fun.
