Karen Paula is under pressure, and combines her views of the world with a cigarette, although this hasnt always been a smooth journey. Her channel was just ticking over until she released the rather shocking video above, featuring an outrageous set of circumstances. Since then, Karen has been encouraged to smoke in her videos, and now she makes it a regular thing. I mean, if you are going to pour out your heart to a camera, why not enjoy a nice tasty ciggie whilst you are at it.
