Thanks for the heads up, people!
I added 4 more sites to the list today, and took down the Smoke Empire and Smoke Island links, as those web site are still down. Hopefully thats the end of the spamming for those.

Why is tobaccorow.us on the suspicious list? I have ordered from them as well and smokeparadise was a name they used when they first started there marketplace store. I emailed them and let them know. However this site is legit

Its funny how a bit of advertising suddenly makes a difference. The Tobacco Row shop now works, and the Terms and Conditions have been updated. I could suggest many reasons why the site is not listed higher, most notably, it is now illegal to sell duty free tobacco within the United States, and CigEmpire and others have recently been closed down due to this.

I saw that Cheapcigarettes.net.au are rated here as genuine, from 2 years ago. I am looking to purchase some products from them, but you have to buy a minimum of 4 cartons or equivalent, which is still quite a lot of money. Is that “genuine” rating still applicable in 2017?

Hi Nick
The list was started in 2015 but if you scroll down to the bottom right corner of the first post, you will see it is constantly being updated due to feedback. The 'NEW' items I added just last weekend.
Given the sites long history, and full explanation of their service on the home page, I'd say they are genuine. With their email contact@cheapcigarettes.net.au, its possible to ask them all the questions you like.
Thanks for letting me know about the 4 cartons minimum order - I didnt notice this on the very bottom bar of their home page. I have now updated the link with this info. If any Aussies use the service and recommend it, I'll add it to the safe list. Its just that their payment methods are outside of the credit card safety net, so I cant automatically give them a safe rating.

Dear Dan, Many thanks for the summary. A week ago I have ordered from thecheaponlinestore.com/. I have gotten a receipt and a few hours later "order is complete" confirmation. I have asked them what does that mean exactly, if it means that the goods were shipped and didn't get a reply from them. I'll keep you posted. I have also contacted UK Cigs and they have responded promptly and nicely, although they are listed as not safe. Is it just good marketing or are they in the business again? I'm on the hunt for Parliament Aqua Blue and I'm trying my best to get them asap to the UK. Thanks PS: As a side note I haven't seen www.cigsspot.com/. I have ordered from them last year many many times and never an issue, quite the opposite. Both support (when I had questions) and shipping were very quick. Right now they are apparently having trouble shipping into the UK but I think they should be at least listed.

Has anyone had any experience so far with "to-world"? I've recently been considering using them and would like to see if there are any proper 3rd party testimonials.

Guest - Please choose a guest name at least. Thank you, I'll check out those leads and update the list where possible. I feel the list is only a guide because some sites will deliver to the UK no problem, its just that its not safe with Customs, so if they stop the packages than it becomes unsafe when you are trying to claim your money back. So the Safe category covers the whole transaction if things go wrong. As you say quite clearly, most, if not all sites I've emailed say they are having problems being shipped to the UK, due to tougher scans and searches. This makes it difficult to say what is "safe" for all countries when the UK is being very abrupt about its stealth taxation system on smokers. Jack - I put in an order to To-World which turned out very expensive. The cartons are medium in price, but their shipping is very high, and they also add a 'handling fee' of I think $8, plus you have to pay for the money to be transferred to their payment system. Adding up the postage, handling and transfer fees, the cost of the shipment was double that which is advertised. If the cigs dont show up, they may re-send the shipment under certain conditions. Otherwise you get a bill for import duty on a shipment of cigs, or they arrive, or you lose all your money. Its a gamble and so thats why To-World are in Perhaps?
